Joey Tan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with significant experience in various sectors, particularly within the technology domain. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) since November 2017, Joey oversees recruitment for technology segments including Architecture & Engineering, Digital Banking, and Payments, while also having a background in Corporate Functions and Wholesale Banking. Prior to UOB, Joey held the role of Manager (Human Resource Business Partner) at the Infocomm Media Development Authority, providing consultative HR support, and served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, managing recruitment across diverse divisions.
