Lydia Lim

Lydia Lim is a seasoned finance and technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Group Enterprise Technology & Operations for Corporate Services & Data at UOB since January 2023, Lydia has previously held key positions at Adenza, including Director of Customer Delivery for Regulatory Solutions in the APAC region and Head of Customer Delivery for Japan. Lydia's career also includes significant roles at AxiomSL, Eastspring Investments, RBS Markets & International Banking, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Deutsche Bank, and Barclays Investment Bank. Lydia possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with First Class Honours and an additional Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems, both from Curtin University.
