Mawar Mustaffa

Mawar Mustaffa is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President 2 at UOB since September 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as Regional Head of People & Culture at Lion & Lion, Venture Lead of Talent Management at Lazada Group, and Regional Lead of People & Organisational Development at SWIFT. Mawar's expertise in human resources is further demonstrated through work as a Council Member for the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management and various roles at Aegis Limited, Comfori International, and the University of Malaya. Mawar holds a Master’s degree in Green Technology (Policy & Management) and a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology Studies, both from the University of Malaya.
