Naresh Lal Mindar

Naresh Lal Mindar has extensive experience in procurement and operations across various sectors, primarily focused on marine and corporate real estate services. Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement at UOB since May 2018, Naresh established and manages the procurement team for the bank's properties division while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prior roles include AVP for Procurement Operations at UOB, Vessel Chartering Subcontract Specialist at McDermott Asia Pacific, and Marine Services Manager at Maersk Line, where Naresh implemented organizational improvements and optimized operational processes. Naresh's career also includes significant contributions at Sapura Kencana Petroleum, Bumi Armada, and Aker Solutions, demonstrating a strong background in project management, negotiation, and strategic procurement. Naresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Telecommunications Engineering from Multimedia University.
