Nishikant Dhanke

Nishikant Dhanke is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Vice President for Global Markets Technology and Enterprise Analytics at UOB since December 2023, where responsibilities include steering the engineering organization and driving key risk management programs. Previously, from October 2012 to January 2024, Nishikant held multiple roles at ANZ, culminating in Product Owner & Chapter Lead Engineering; achievements include spearheading a multi-year Trade Lifecycle transformation, cloud initiatives, and successful regulatory compliance projects. Nishikant's earlier experience encompasses significant roles at derivIT Solutions, Yes Bank, and Geometric Ltd., where expertise in project management, financial markets technology, and software development was demonstrated. Nishikant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
