Rika Jp

Rika JP is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in investment, planning, and control. Currently serving in the Group COO Office at UOB since September 2017, Rika JP has been involved in multiple Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects across various segments, including call centre operations, wholesale banking, and business banking. Prior to UOB, Rika JP held several roles at Accenture from May 2012 to September 2017, progressing from App Technical Support Analyst to Application Development Specialist, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing project timelines, and providing solutions to enhance client businesses. Rika JP began a career in technology as an Information Technology Software Developer at PT. Srikandi Diamond Motor, focusing on improving purchasing and inventory systems. Rika JP holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.
