Roger Haire

Roger Haire has extensive experience in plant operations and management, having served as Plant Operations Manager at UPM since April 1989, as well as Operations Manager at United Performance Metals during the same period. Roger Haire obtained an Associate degree in Business Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1989. Prior to joining UPM, Roger Haire began a career at Aerospace Alloys, Inc.
