Tom Kennard

Tom Kennard currently serves as the Executive Vice President at O'Neal Industries, where responsibilities include developing and executing commercial and operational strategies to enhance safety and technological capabilities across the organization. Previously, Tom Kennard held the position of President at United Performance Metals, transforming the company into a global specialty materials distributor through strategic growth initiatives. As President and Co-Founder of Aerospace International Materials, Tom Kennard established the company focused on aerospace and power generation materials and created several successful spin-offs. Earlier career experience includes serving as General Manager at ATEK Metals and Manager of International Sourcing at GE. Tom Kennard holds a BS in Accounting from Georgetown College.
