Robert Martinolli completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1987 to 1991. Robert then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at the City University of Seattle from 1994 to 1996. In 2010, Robert obtained a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Finally, in 2018, they earned a Certificate in Leadership for Executive Leaders from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
In addition to their formal education, Robert also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Robert became a Certified Project Manager (CPM) through Lynda.com in April 2019. In 2005, they completed the "Gung Ho!" certification from Ken Blanchard. Robert acquired the Lean Manufacturing certification from Ford Motor Company in June 2000. In October 1998, they became a Six Sigma Champion through Ford Motor Company, and in July 1998, they obtained their Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the same institution.
