Daniel Ofori-Addo

Daniel Ofori-Addo, Ph.D., is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program evaluation, performance management, and information technology. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President & CIO at the United Planning Organization since July 2007, Daniel Ofori-Addo has also held multiple senior roles including Chief Impact Officer and Director of Performance Management. Prior roles include research analyst positions at Numark Associates, Inc., and LECG, as well as a research assistantship at Grinnell College. Daniel Ofori-Addo's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Public Policy from George Mason University, a CIO Certification and a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University, a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Grinnell College.
