Rob Thorne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in performance management and public sector operations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the United Planning Organization, Rob has also held the position of CEO at Public Performance Management since 2011, where performance management products and services are provided to public sector clients. Additional roles include serving as Haft Entrepreneur-In-Residence at The Wharton School, contributing to the ReOpen DC Advisory Group post-COVID-19, and holding various leadership positions within DC Government agencies focused on economic development and technology. Rob co-founded FANLINK NETWORKS INC, successfully raising over $2M in venture capital, and has a background in manufacturing with Chrysler Corporation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School, an MSE from the University of Michigan, and a BSME from Howard University.
