Curtis Subia has experience in building an Asset Management program and managing all supply chain activities at United Power, Inc. Curtis has also worked in procurement and contract administration roles. Prior to this, Curtis worked as a Buyer at the City and County of Denver, where Curtis was responsible for various purchasing activities. Curtis holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.

We are governed by a member-elected board of directors, who direct the operations of the cooperative, oversee needed rate changes, and help the staff and employees plan for the future of the company. United Power is a rural electric cooperative, providing electric service to homes and businesses throughout Colorado’s northern front range. The service territory extends from the mountains of Coal Creek and Golden Gate Canyon to the farmlands of Brighton, Hudson and Keenesburg.
