Mishary AlMuhailan is an accomplished architect with over 22 years of experience in design consultancy and real estate development. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Operations and Chief Development Officer at United Real Estate Company (URC) since July 2013, Mishary has a proven track record in overseeing pre-construction and post-contract phases, including acting as an Owner Representative for significant projects. Previous roles include Development Department Manager at Commercial Real Estate, where Mishary successfully transformed inefficient projects into profitable ventures, and Senior Project Director at URC, responsible for managing large-scale projects with substantial budgets. Educationally, Mishary holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kuwait University, awarded in 2005.
