Noura E. Alghemlas

Noura E. AlGhemlas has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Noura E. is currently the Vice President Customer Care at United Real Estate Company (URC), where they collaborate with key stakeholders to define and achieve the company's Customer Care strategy. Noura E. has successfully implemented customer service procedures and standards, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Noura worked as an Accountant Specialist at Kuwait Municipality, where they were responsible for procurement operations and studying market trends. Noura E. also served as the Head of Unit in the Project Management department at National Offset Company, overseeing the fulfillment of offset obligations. Additionally, Noura worked at Bayan Investment Company as the Head of Investment Operations Unit, handling daily activities and reports, as well as an Assistance Financial Analyst in the Reports & Research department, where they conducted analysis of financial statements and prepared reports.

Noura E. AlGhemlas received their Bachelor's degree in Administrative of Science with a major in Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
