Rashid Al Issa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rashid Al Issa attended The George Washington University School of Business from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business. In 2005, they completed the KIA New Recruit Training Program, specializing in Investment Management. In 2012, they attended Cornell University's Promising Leaders Program, concentrating on Leadership and Building Business Acumen. Lastly, in 2016, Rashid Al Issa participated in a Leadership Development program at the Harvard Business School, focusing on Leading Strategy Execution in Financial Services.
