Andrew Decker

Andrew Decker is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently overseeing the Benzene Waste Operations NESHAPs program and managing field operations and record-keeping at United Refining Company since January 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Lead Sales Manager at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions and at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, where responsibilities included leading sales initiatives. Andrew's earlier experience includes working as an HES&S Technician at American Refining Group, Inc., where site-wide soil and groundwater remedial activities were coordinated. Andrew began the professional journey as an LDAR Technician Intern at United Refining Company, gaining valuable knowledge in air and water VOC monitoring and industrial wastewater treatment. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Mount Union, obtained in 2017.
