Bill Massa

Bill Massa has over three decades of experience in the industry, currently serving as Vice President of Wholesale Marketing and previously as Director of Asphalt Logistics at United Refining Company since December 2009. Prior to this role, Bill Massa worked at BLAIR from September 1989 to June 2009, where responsibilities included Inventory Director and Inventory Buyer. Bill Massa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
