Amanda Taylor, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Amanda began their career in 1998 as the Admitting Manager at MidMichigan Medical Center, where they successfully implemented Cerner Registration at multiple affiliate hospitals. In 2009, they joined MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin as both a Patient Relations Representative and the HIPAA Privacy Officer until 2013. Since then, they have been working at United Regional Health Care System as the Director of Patient Access & Health Information Management.

Amanda Taylor, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Healthcare Management at Northwood University from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Amanda has obtained several certifications, including Hospital Registration Revenue Cycle Readiness, Identity, HIM Deficiency Tracking, HIM Release of Information, and Certified Healthcare Access Manager. These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as Epic and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) throughout different years.
