Heather Hormel

Heather Hormel has over 25 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits. Heather is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at United Regional Health Care System since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits at United Regional Health Care System for over 13 years from February 2009 to April 2022. Before joining United Regional Health Care System, Heather worked as the Benefits Manager at BSA Health System from February 1997 to January 2009. Heather also served as the HR/Benefits Committed Insurance Program Chair at TPC since October 2011.

Heather Hormel is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Western Governors University, with an expected completion date in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from West Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
