Susruthreddy Busireddy

Susruthreddy Busireddy's work experience includes serving as a Senior Project Engineer at United Renewable Energy, LLC since April 2023, where they coordinate engineering activities for photovoltaic facility design. Susruthreddy was previously a Senior Project Manager at RavenVolt from February 2022 to April 2023. At United Renewable Energy, LLC, they worked as a Project Engineer from August 2019 to February 2022, where they designed various solar PV systems and led multiple projects. Susruthreddy also served as an Associate Design Engineer and Consultant at United Renewable Energy, LLC and United Nations Global Compact respectively. Additionally, they have experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science, an Embedded Systems Engineering Intern at SparkCharge, and a Research Engineer at the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy. In 2012, Susruthreddy Busireddy pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BMS Institute of Technology and Management, which they completed in 2016.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Susruthreddy Busireddy attended Syracuse University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Energy Systems Engineering from the College of Engineering and Computer Science. During this time, they also studied at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management and received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Sustainable Enterprise, focusing on sustainability studies.

In addition to their formal education, Susruthreddy Busireddy has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the MSME Technology Development Centre. In 2018, they obtained The Certificate of Advanced Study in Sustainable Enterprise (CASSE) from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Furthermore, they acquired Procore Certifications, namely "Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management)" in 2019 and "Procore Certification" in the same year. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach from 360training.
