Bayne McDowell

Bayne McDowell has extensive experience in sales training and management within various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Bayne serves as an Account Executive, Government Account Manager, and Sales Representative at United Rentals since May 2017, while also holding the position of Director of Sales Training at XPO Logistics, Inc. since July 2014. Prior to these roles, Bayne was the Sales Training Manager and Director of Training and Development at United Rentals from January 2000 to June 2014, focusing on comprehensive training initiatives across sales, leadership, and safety. Bayne holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Employment Law from New York Law School and a BA in Journalism/Business Law from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
