Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at United Rentals since November 2011, Katie has managed a substantial HR department budget of $9 million and has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Manager Compensation and Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation Analyst at Town Sports International, where responsibilities encompassed managing annual merit increases for over 8,000 employees and generating quarterly earnings reports for bonus distributions. Katie began their career as a Systems Administrator, providing crucial support for HR and Payroll systems. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
