Tom Austin

Tom Austin has extensive experience in management and industry leadership, currently serving as a retired District Manager for United Rentals since May 2021 and as Regional Vice President for Pac-Van, Inc. since January 1999, focusing on the sales and leasing of mobile offices and storage equipment. Tom Austin also holds a significant role on the Board of Directors for the National Portable Storage Association. Prior to these positions, Tom Austin was the President of Labeco from January 1974 to December 1999, where custom test equipment for automotive and aerospace markets was designed and manufactured, along with the development of diagnostic and treatment medical equipment. Tom Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Purdue University between 1970 and 1974.
