Nikki Pawsey

Nikki Pawsey is an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Trustee for United Response and as the Director of the Global Network Leader Program for the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation. Previously, Nikki held various leadership roles at The Children's Society, including Director of Community Mobilisation and Local Engagement, and Director of Supporter Communities & Groups. Nikki's tenure at Oxfam included roles such as Head of Engagement and Head of Community Fundraising, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing supporter experiences and optimizing fundraising strategies. Other positions include Head of Community & Events at The Blue Cross, Regional Manager at The Children's Society, and Head of Regional Fundraising for the RAF Benevolent Fund. Nikki’s career began in fundraising roles with Action For Children and included earlier experience in business development and sales. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Geography from Middlesex University.
