Allison Southworth, LMSW, has extensive experience in social work, specializing in intervention and educational programs. Since October 2017, Allison has worked as a Co-Facilitator for the Family Violence Education Program and Parenting Education Program at United Services, Inc. Prior roles include serving as Supervisor of Intervention Services at Wheeler Clinic from June 2019 to April 2022, and working as a Master Level Counselor with InterCommunity Addiction Services in 2016. Allison’s career also includes significant experience at United Way of Connecticut, assisting military veterans and performing safety assessments for children in crisis. Earlier positions involved providing support and training to young residents at North Central Counseling Services and FAVARH. Allison holds a Master of Social Work from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Joseph College West Hartford.
