Ben Freakley Edd

Ben Freakley EdD, CMPC is an accomplished professional in the fields of sport and performance psychology, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Ready|Set|Resilient since December 2022. With extensive coaching experience, Ben has been a National Staff Coach for United Soccer Coaches since June 2010 and held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Performance & Well-Being at the University of Health & Performance and Head of Mental Performance for the Toronto Blue Jays. Ben's expertise is backed by a Doctor of Education and multiple master's degrees in sport and clinical mental health counseling, along with a solid coaching foundation from previous positions at universities and sports organizations.
