Dominic Rutan is an accomplished soccer coach and educator with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring at various levels. Currently serving as a Coach Educator for the U.S. Soccer Federation and an Associate Staff Coach Educator for United Soccer Coaches, Dominic has facilitated significant coaching programs and evaluated candidates at high-profile events. With a strong background in high school athletics, Dominic has held positions including Girls Varsity Soccer Head Coach and Social Science & Global Studies Teacher at Loudoun County Public Schools, where a comprehensive coaching philosophy and dedication to player development have been established. Additionally, experience as a Director of College Placement at The St. James and an Assistant Coach at George Mason University further highlights an ability to support athletes in their educational and athletic pursuits.
