Laura Fontanills

Laura Fontanills, APR, serves as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at the United Soccer League (USL) since March 2025. Previously, Laura held the position of Marketing & Communications Director at the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council from May 2018 to March 2025, and worked as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive at B2 Communications from January 2014 to April 2018. Laura also contributed to The Tampa Bay 100 and served as Account Director at Common Language, managing diverse communications programs. Earlier experience includes writing for Examiner.com and working as an Account Coordinator at Tucker/Hall. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of South Florida, earned between 2000 and 2004.
