Louie Marchica

Louie (Luigi) Marchica is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in both real estate and aerospace sectors. As the President and CEO of Marchica, Inc. since January 2013, Marchica has built a successful commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and rental empire. Prior to this role, Marchica served as a retired Engineering Manager at United Space Alliance from June 1996, where responsibilities included managing Requirements Project Engineering, overseeing Shuttle Test and Inspection requirements, and addressing change assessments and performance verification. Academically, Marchica holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus on Solid State Devices from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from The City College of New York.
