Dante Surace

Dante Surace currently serves as the Director of Facilities and Grounds and the Director of Dome Operations and Parking at United Sports since January 2025. Prior to this role, Dante worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods as the Team Sports Lead, overseeing management of over 10 coworkers and achieving sales quotas through customer engagement. Experience also includes a tenure at All-Star Sports Academy, starting as an Instructor/Coach and progressing to Partner Relationship Manager and Special Events Operation Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed tournament supervision and recruitment of college coaches. Additionally, Dante has a background in the food and beverage industry as a bartender at Andy Gavins Eatry and Pub and served as a Corporate Trainer at Sevilla International. Dante holds a Master of Business Administration in Sports Management from Misericordia University and a degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
