Bolivar L. Garcia began their work experience in 2001 as a Friend at SERIO AND GUS until 2010. Bolivar L. then transitioned to United Staffing Solutions, Inc. as the Director for Business Development / Community Affairs in 2012. In 2014, they became the Vice President at United Staffing Services and later moved to the Depoartment of Environmental Protection as the Vice President for Business Development for Bronx-NYC-Westchester & CT., focusing on seeking new business opportunities and implementing marketing plans across Tri-State & CT.

Bolivar L. Garcia attended Brooklyn Technical College for Civil Engineering from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Civil Engineering. Subsequently, they pursued further education at City Tech, CUNY.
