Albert Foy

Albert Foy has extensive experience in network engineering and cybersecurity, currently serving as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) with the US Army since August 2021. Prior roles include positions at the US Army National Guard Bureau as a Cyber Hygiene Assessment Team Network and VVoIP Reviewer, as well as Deputy ITTC PEC. Foy's background also encompasses experience as a Senior Network Engineer for the State of Texas and various network roles within the US Army, including planning and technical leadership. Notably, Foy has held positions with Facchina Global Systems and ITT, providing expertise in network administration and engineering from 2004 to 2010.
