Alyssa Noltner

Alyssa Noltner, MPA, serves as the Medical Operations Program Director for the US Army, where responsibilities include developing curricula and managing resources for medical operations training, impacting over 250 military personnel annually. Noltner has held various leadership roles, including Battalion Operations Officer and Medical Company Commander, overseeing health service support and operational readiness for thousands of soldiers. Graduating as the Honor Graduate from the Command and General Staff Officer Course, Noltner possesses a strong academic background with a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Noltner is also a co-host of the "Tactical as a Mother" podcast, focusing on health and leadership issues relevant to military families.
