James Carroll

James Carroll serves as the Command Chief Warrant Officer and Senior Legal Administrator for III Corps & Fort Hood at the US Army since July 2019. With extensive experience in military legal administration, Carroll previously held the position of Senior Legal Administrator at US Army Forces Command from July 2014 to June 2016 and has served in various roles, including Senior Project Officer with the 10th Mountain Division and Legal Administrator at Fort Lee, Virginia. Carroll's leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the Association of Military Legal Administrators and obtaining a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Wayland Baptist University and an Associate degree in General Studies from Jefferson Community College.
