Jim Noel

Jim Noel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in battery technology and validation processes. Currently serving as a Lead Battery Engineer with the US Army since December 2020, Jim previously held roles at A123 Systems from May 2009 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing validation projects and leading a team of engineers. Jim also worked as a Senior Test Engineer during that time, focusing on the testing of Li-Ion battery cells and modules. Prior to A123 Systems, Jim spent 14 years at Takata, developing software for testing electronic circuits and integrating hardware systems. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, acquired between 1989 and 2004.
