Joe Nail

Joe Nail serves as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army National Guard since November 2020 and is the Founder and CEO of Lead For America, a national service program designed to cultivate leadership across the country through its Hometown Fellowship initiative. Joe has held various roles such as Spring Analyst at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, founding team member and Senior Advisor for the Institute of Politics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Co-Founder of FairED Inc. Educationally, Joe Nail is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a master's in International Policy at Stanford University, along with a master’s degree from Duke Divinity School and a bachelor's in Political Science and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
