James T. Warburton

James T. Warburton is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Specialist at the World Resources Institute since May 2022, with extensive expertise in research and evaluation in various sectors. As an External Grant Reviewer for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops since September 2018, James evaluates grant applications supporting church-related programs in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include serving as a Research Consultant at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), evaluating projects for Measuring Integral Development (MIND), and contributing to economic research at The Catholic University of America. James holds a Master of Arts in Integral Economic Development Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Economic and Finance - Honors from The Catholic University of America.
