Thomas Gowen

Thomas Gowen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Special Master for the United States Courts since March 2014, where responsibilities include hearing and deciding vaccine injury cases filed nationwide. Prior to this role, Thomas Gowen was a Partner at Locks Law Firm from 2004 to 2014. Thomas Gowen earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law from Villanova University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Haverford College, attained in 1971.
