Jose Sanchez

Jose Sanchez has extensive experience in the field of cyber operations and analysis. Jose currently works as a Cyber Operator at the United States Cyber Command since May 2021. Prior to this, they were a Computer Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton from November 2020 to May 2021.

Jose'searlier work experience includes serving in various roles in the US Army. Jose was an Exploitation Analyst from October 2017 to May 2021, a Target Digital Network Analyst from November 2013 to October 2017, and a Deployed Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst from September 2015 to March 2016.

Jose Sanchez earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Military Intelligence, General from Cochise College, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Jose then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American Military University, where they studied from 2016 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Jose also obtained several certifications from GIAC Certifications. In December 2019, they became a member of the GIAC Advisory Board. Jose also obtained the certifications of GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) and GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) in December 2019 and October 2019, respectively. Furthermore, in September 2019, Jose obtained the certification of GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).
