Brian Gietka

Brian Gietka, CGCS, is an experienced agronomist currently employed by the United States Golf Association (USGA) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Gietka served as Golf Course Superintendent at Fountain Head Country Club from July 2008 to April 2023. His career in golf course management began at Chestnut Ridge Country Club as an Assistant in Training from May 2000 to September 2002, followed by a position as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Woodholme Country Club from September 2002 to July 2008. Gietka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resource Sciences from the University of Maryland, completed between 1999 and 2003.
