Kelly Cabarle

Kelly Cabarle has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kelly began their career in 1992 at BOC, where they worked in HR for a year before moving on to Rhodia, where they were involved in human resources for eight years. In 2001, they joined Linens N Things as a Senior HR Analyst and Compensation Analyst, a role they held for five years. Following that, they worked at Toys R Us, Inc as a Sr. Compensation Analyst for four years. In 2011, they became a Senior Compensation Consultant at PSEG for a year before joining Macy's Logistics & Operations in 2012 as a Manager of Compensation, Analytics, and Relocation. Kelly worked in this role for two years before transitioning to the United States Golf Association (USGA) in 2014. At USGA, they initially served as a Compensation & Rewards Manager for two and a half years before being promoted to Senior Manager. After one year in that position, they became the Director of Compensation and Rewards, and most recently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Compensation & Rewards.

Kelly Cabarle attended South Plainfield High School from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended the UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ from 1991 to 1993 and Rutgers University from 1993 to 1995. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their time at these universities.
