Jamie Lynn Shillinger, CMP, CGMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Event Production and Protocol at the United States Institute of Peace since November 2010. Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive meeting spaces and sourcing technology for an expanded campus, as well as cultivating international philanthropy through initiatives like the Girls Learn Initiative with former First Ladies Michelle Obama and Sophie Gregoire Trudeau. Previously, Jamie Lynn held the position of Senior Manager for Meetings & Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from May 1998 to May 2010, where a focus on operational efficiency led to consistent guest satisfaction scores exceeding 90% in meeting planner surveys. Jamie Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management/Hospitality Administration from Florida State University between 1994 and 1998.
