Jason Helgerson

Jason Helgerson is the founder of Helgerson Solutions Group, established in April 2018, which offers consulting and advisory services to private companies, governments, and non-profit organizations. In addition to leading HSG, Helgerson serves as a board member for Aware Recovery Care In Home Addiction Treatment and The MENTOR Network, as well as a fellow at United States of Care. Prior experience includes roles such as Director at KEPRO and Partner at VBP Forward, along with significant leadership positions as Medicaid Director for both the New York State Department of Health and the State of Wisconsin - Department of Health and Family Services. Helgerson contributed to Medicaid reform as Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and developed tax policy expertise at the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy in Public Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from American University.
