Carrie White

Carrie White has over 25 years of experience in athlete development and engagement, academic support, and program management. Carrie currently serves as the Vice President of Athlete Development & Engagement at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at AthLife Inc. from 2013 to 2022. From 2013 to 2022, they also held the position of Assistant Director at the NCAA. Before that, Carrie worked at North Carolina State University, where they served as the Associate Athletics Director for Academics from 2010 to 2013, and as the Director of the Academic Support Program for Student Athletes from 2008 to 2010. Carrie also held roles as an Associate Director at the NCAA from 2007 to 2008 and as an Associate Director at North Carolina State University from 2001 to 2007. Carrie began their career at Elon University as the Director of Academic Progress & Life Skills Development from 1997 to 2001.

Carrie White's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Towson University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
