Joe Bykowski

Joe Bykowski is an experienced professional in military and veteran affairs, currently serving as the Military and Veteran Liaison at the Office of Senator John Kerry since May 2011. Previously, Joe held the position of Outreach Coordinator at the Massachusetts Department of Veteran Services from December 2007 to November 2009. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from UMass Boston, completed in 2011.
