Kate Hartman Rosenzweig's work experience includes holding various senior positions in communications and public relations in several renowned companies. Kate currently serves as the Chief External Affairs Officer at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Communications Officer for the same organization from May 2021 to May 2022.
Before joining the committee, Kate had an extensive career at The Coca-Cola Company. Kate held multiple roles, including Vice President, Strategic Communications, and Group Director of External Communications, where they transformed the company's media relations and communications efforts. Kate also served as the Group Director of Brand & Business Communications, responsible for reshaping Coca-Cola North America's narrative and creating a consumer-centric storytelling approach. Additionally, they worked as the Group Director of Global Brand PR, overseeing global communications programs and leading the company's PR initiatives for major events such as the Olympics and World Cup.
Prior to their tenure at Coca-Cola, Kate worked as a Director and Senior Manager in Global Brand PR for the company. Kate managed global public relations efforts for various brands and trained new markets in influencer PR models.
Before joining Coca-Cola, they gained experience in public relations at Weber Shandwick and Edelman. Kate also served as an Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. early in their career.
Kate Hartman Rosenzweig received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in Coca-Cola SUMMIT 2.0: Leader of Leaders from Harvard Business Publishing in May 2020.
