Katherine Destefano

Associate General Counsel, Litigation & Dispute Resolution at United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee

Katherine DeStefano is an accomplished attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Dispute Resolution at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since January 2021. In this role, Katherine manages outside counsel, supervises a paralegal, and leads litigation strategy, achieving four settlements and dismissals in the first year. Katherine's legal expertise includes drafting and negotiating various operational and revenue-generating agreements. Prior to this, Katherine held positions at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP and Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, specializing in litigation strategy for white collar criminal cases and representing shareholders in mergers and acquisitions, respectively. Katherine's legal career also includes experience as a Judicial Law Clerk and various internships that have provided a foundation in both civil and criminal law. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Marketing & Management from Georgetown University.
