Keishena Payne

Keishena Payne has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Keishena is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. In this role, they oversee strategic talent acquisition and diverse sourcing strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Allied Orion Group, where they played a key role in the real estate investment and management firm's acquisitions and developments. Keishena also served as a Lead Operations Recruiter at thredUP, a leading online marketplace for secondhand clothing. Payne's early career involved various roles at Target, including Executive Team Lead positions in human resources and guest experience management. Through their roles, they gained experience in talent acquisition, talent management, training, payroll management, and employee relations.

Keishena Payne pursued their Bachelor's degree in Retail Marketing & Management from Johnson & Wales University. Keishena attended the university from 2004 to 2008.
