Senior Director, Games Operations / Sport & Athlete Services at United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee

Rebecca Crawford has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Rebecca started their career at USRowing in 1992, where they served as the National Teams Director/Coaching Education until 1995. Then, they joined the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee in 1995. During their time there, they held various roles, including Assistant Director of Grants & Planning from August 1995 to June 2000, Director of Sport Partnerships from June 2000 to September 2006, and Senior Director of Games Operations/Sport & Athlete Services from September 2006 onwards.

Rebecca Crawford has a Master's Degree in Adapted Physical Education, Recreation, and Health from Indiana University Bloomington. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, Recreation, and Health from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. In addition, Rebecca has received an Olympic Sport Leadership Certification from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Rebecca has also obtained certifications in "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" and "How to Slow Down and Be More Productive" from LinkedIn.
