Rocky Harris currently serves as the Chief of Sport & Athlete Services at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Rocky held the role of Chief Executive Officer at USA Triathlon from September 2017 to September 2022, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Arizona State University from February 2012 to September 2017. Other significant roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Houston Dynamo Football Club, Director of Marketing Sponsorships and Promotions at Reliant Energy, and Director of Communications at Houston Texans. Rocky's early career included positions at the San Francisco 49ers, Winstar Interactive, Dynamic Sports International, and Arizona State Team Shop. Rocky is a Ph.D. candidate in Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University and holds a Master’s in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, along with a Bachelor’s in Communications from the same university. Additional education includes programs at Purdue University and Rice Business.
